Hi All,
I do offer some consulting on the side, I only work with a few hand picked clients since I also do a 9-5 gig ;)
They are all in totally different industries, but one thing is in common - I act more like their business coach/trusted business advisor more than anything.
Here are some of the areas I might help them with:
- Helping them make good hiring decisions - ex. finding the right candidates for them and all the legwork in between that
- Helping them with their branding & positioning - ex. helping them launch an entirely new company, working on logos, to market analysis to all their marketing
- Internet Marketing - ex. How to get ranked in Google organically and PPC, web presence & social media.
- Operations Consulting - ex. hammering out the right streamlined processes & creating documentation
- Writing, Communications & Public Relations - ex. Blog Posts, Marketing & Sales Material, etc
- Anything else a Business Owner might face - Always getting hit with curve balls! But this is how you learn and get better :)
